As I’m sure the entire east coast is reporting, there was a definite change of season this weekend. Heat became necessary. My trick to staying warm is to never stop moving or to sit as close to a fire as possible which is how I get any knitting done. It all feels very familiar.

After three the kitchen isn’t my work space alone anymore. The chores in the morning while I have my coffee are in preparation for the time when we are back in here together making a mess.

  1. Love that yellow-socked sprawler on your kitchen floor. I mean, I don’t know her, but the way her body flops so gloriously…beautiful!
