Valentine’s Day took the back burner today. We have a very sick sheep. I made a trip to the vet for extra help.  The poor thing doesn’t look good tonight but he has had two kinds of wormer, a shot of B-vitamins, a serious dose of iron, and electrolytes. Fingers are crossed that somehow this works and he is feeling lots better by morning.

Meanwhile, remember our neighbor’s steer with tetanus? By some miracle he is still alive. Billy still goes over every day to help turn him and get water into him. Still too early to say if it will be a success but I am so pleased he has made it this long. It gives me hope for ours.
