The internet was slow this morning so I had to call and ask for a line test. I was told that there might be outside interference, maybe from a neighbor, and the tech on the line explained that information flies through the air along a channel and sometimes that information bumps into other information and drops. Can’t you see it floating down and landing in the grass outside where I’ve probably kicked it on my way to the mailbox or does it keep traveling down through the soil and past the Earth’s core and emerge lost in China? We are using channel ten now and so far so good.
. . . . .
Burgers on the grill tonight, listening to the spring peepers*. And for dessert we heard an owl hooting down in the gully.

Lately, the peepers have been competing with the traffic here.
