It is so quiet right now. House full of sickies this week. All day there has been coughing and coughing. The weather turned cold; sometimes rainy and sometimes snowy. I brought all the ewes back to the barnyard so the lambs had a place to get out of the wind and wet and the ewes, who have plenty of wool are not happy about it. They can still smell it. They want to knock down fence to get out again. I forget but this happens every year when the grass first turns green. We are all in the same boat.

. . . . .

Meanwhile, inside I’ve organized our books.

This is what I took off the shelves…

and yet, the shelves still look pretty full.
