Cherry Tomato Pasta

1 basket of cherry tomatoes ( these tasted like candy)

extra virgin olive oil

1 Tablespoon (or more)  sherry vinegar

chopped Basil and Parsley

salt and pepper

1/2 lb pasta

Optional: she toasted torn bread to make bread crumbs and put those on top.

    1. Totally true Linda. It wasn’t mentioned that this was a meal for three AND they had thick slices of focaccia with spinach and roasted onions and ice cream cones.
