Cherry Tomato Pasta
1 basket of cherry tomatoes ( these tasted like candy)
extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon (or more) sherry vinegar
chopped Basil and Parsley
salt and pepper
1/2 lb pasta
Optional: she toasted torn bread to make bread crumbs and put those on top.

Harriet, this looks GREAT. But are you sure you don’t need to double the recipe? (You would for me.)
Totally true Linda. It wasn’t mentioned that this was a meal for three AND they had thick slices of focaccia with spinach and roasted onions and ice cream cones.
