a proper puppy update: Marta is growing, A LOT. She has her second vet appointment on Saturday and I’ll let you know afterwards how much she weighs. She and my nephew Louie share the same passion for meals.
(It was 19.8 lbs.)
and second...
I’m taking an online photography class which started this week. I’ve been taking photos for as long as this blog has existed and have had absolutely no idea how to operate a camera except to push the button. By trial and error I have learned that certain lighting works for me. If I don’t change the settings and I wait for that particular light, the photos turn out as you’ve seen them. The most important thing I’ve learned this week is that I know nothing about photography and the second thing is that I want to learn very badly. What I’m trying to say is that I’m having a ball taking this class.
Also, we don’t own this horse. We delivered hay today to the farm where this horse lives and I took photos because I’m a bit preoccupied with the camera right now (and probably also because I could use it as an excuse to get out of unloading). I feel about horses the way I do about art in museums. I love to look at them but I am happy let someone else preserve them.
Look at Marta’s PAW!
So excited about your photography class. What online class is it?
Hi Linda!
About the paw, we have wondered if there is lion DNA in there.
And this is the class: http://eyesopenecourse.com
That might be the prettiest puppy I’ve ever seen. I’m so proud of you for taking the photography class, that’s always a commitment. Good woman!
Thanks. I went a little overboard this year with New Year Resolutions. Also decided to take piano lessons and finding time to practice is impossible, to which my girls respond, “Oh really?”
Beautiful! Imagine what you will capture when you “know” how to take pictures! Love you girlfriend!!!! Maybe a walk in our near future? xoxo
yes please
